5K and Kids Fun Run

5K and Kids Fun Run

In 2016 and in partnership with mettleevents.com, we added a 5K and Kids Fun Run to our slate and hosted as a separate event alongside the 3rd Scares That Care Charity Weekend.

The event was such a success that we’re continuing the excitement in the city of Williamsburg, VA with our now ANNUAL 5K AND KIDS FUN RUN!

In keeping with the spirit of the “Scares That Care!” charity, this will be Halloween in July and costumes are welcome!

The event will take place on the evening of Friday, July 21, 2017 and the first 100 5K registrants will be entered to win a running tech prize! (Estimated value of $150 or more) UPDATE!!!

WE HAVE A WINNER! Our Fitbit Blaze winner for the ‘First 100 5K registrants’ is Tracy Sudbrock from Virginia Beach! I’m sure she’ll be sporting her new tech during our 5K.

Register now and beat the price increase beginning June 1st. All active duty military and veterans receive $10.00 off registration for the 5K event. Thank you for your service.

Also, there is still time to register for our 20% Memorial Day discount. Use code “HOLIDAY,” by midnight tonight.

All registered 5K participants receive this custom finisher medal and a T-shirt!

Each Kids Trick or Treat Fun Runner (12 and under, please) receives a medal and treat bag.  One parent may run with their child without any additional registration fees.

We are happy to offer all Active Duty Miltary/Veterans a $10 discount on their indivdual 5K race registration. Thank you for your service. (Please read and follow the prompts on the registration page.)

The first 100 5K registrants will be entered to win a Fitbit Blaze**! UPDATE: Contest ended.

**STC reserves the right to substitute the prize for a similar item of comparable value. Color may be different than the item pictured.
